Returns<\/h4><p>We accept returns for eligible items within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of the delivery date.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To be eligible for a return:<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.<\/li>\n\n<li>The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.<\/li>\n\n<li>Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Items marked as <strong>Final Sale<\/strong>, <strong>custom-made<\/strong>, or <strong>gift cards<\/strong> are <strong>not eligible<\/strong> for return.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. How to Initiate a Return<\/h4><p>To start a return, please contact us at <strong>[your email address]<\/strong> with the subject line: <strong>&#8220;Return Request &#8211; [Order Number]&#8221;<\/strong>. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.<\/p><p><strong>Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.<\/strong><\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Refunds<\/h4><p>Once your return is received and inspected:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/li>\n\n<li>If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within <strong>5\u201310 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Shipping fees are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.<\/li><\/ul><p>If you haven\u2019t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Exchanges<\/h4><p>We currently <strong>do not offer direct exchanges<\/strong>. Damaged or Defective Items<\/h4><p>If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of receiving your order.
